Use of our services
You agree to use our services lawfully and to keep your account credentials secure.
SMS / text message terms: RP Digital account notifications
- Program: RP Digital, operated by Development Launch LLC, sends account notifications by text message: sign-in verification codes, password resets and account or security alerts.
- How you opt in: by entering your mobile number in your RP Digital account or sign-in screen and checking the box agreeing to receive text messages from RP Digital.
- Frequency: varies with your account activity.
- Cost: Message and data rates may apply.
- Opt out: Reply STOP to any message to stop receiving texts. You will receive one confirmation message.
- Help: Reply HELP for help, or email jhorner@developmentlaunch.com.
- Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Disclaimer and liability
Services are provided "as is". To the extent allowed by law, Development Launch LLC is not liable for indirect or consequential damages.
