Tillery Traditions Case Study

Single Family Community

The Challenge

Tillery traditions is a large single family community that launched....and experienced no sales in its first 2 months. This community seems like it has a lot going for it, its own golf course, a clubhouse restaurant, and an incredible price point to enter; the only issue was that it's "out of the way" and couldn't get any interest from buyers. We were tasked with building an advertising funnel that would generate a consistent amount of leads to turn the communities sales around and gather some momentum.

Videography & Ad Production

We shot model home photography, videography & 3D tours for the primary advertised floorplan. We created a "banner video" to serve as a long form introduction to the community that would live on the website/landing page; then we created 12 different video ad variations we would deploy onto Facebook & Instagram ads. 

Targeted Digital Advertising:

We used the video ads we built and ran targeted digital advertising to the North Carolina region. We ran dynamic creative split testing constantly pushing out new tests every single week to optimize performance, which is ultimately what got us incredible front end metrics on this campaign

The Results

🚀 Average CPC of $0.63

🚀 Average Video Ads Click Through Rate Of 4.5% (industry average is under 1%)

🚀 The machine has been built: with a combination of ad creative, banner videos, model home imagery and more we've built a campaign that will fill this community with leads & sales in the coming months
