The Challenge
Edgewater is a master planned community outside of the Charlotte area in Lancaster South Carolina. This community wasn't really on the map, no one knew about it, and without compelling marketing sales weren't the easiest to come by. We needed to develop an end to end solution that would get people aware of the community & interested enough to fill out a lead form and make the drive to see everything Edgewater had to offer. It wasn't easy, but we saw the amazing potential this community had to offer & knew the exact tactics we needed to show the market this was the real deal.
