The Challenge

Edgewater is a master planned community outside of the Charlotte area in Lancaster South Carolina. This community wasn't really on the map, no one knew about it, and without compelling marketing sales weren't the easiest to come by. We needed to develop an end to end solution that would get people aware of the community & interested enough to fill out a lead form and make the drive to see everything Edgewater had to offer. It wasn't easy, but we saw the amazing potential this community had to offer & knew the exact tactics we needed to show the market this was the real deal.

We shot model home photography, videography & 3D tours for all available floor plans. We also created a community commercial which we turned into our primary ad campaign.

We helped build a custom landing page for the community that is converting traffic at a 5% rate! This community needed a strong location to send all interested buyers and turn them into quality leads

Google, Meta, Youtube

We helped build and run a high performance omni-channel ad campaign to target in & out of state buyers to drive leads to the community
